SPLASH PARK FIELD

The Splash Park Field is available to be rented for a day of fun in the sun.

 RENTAL FEES

$70 for a (2) two-hour period for the Splash Park Field rental only.

$50 for a (2) two-hour period when added on to a Pavilion rental.

Up to a (4) four-hour rental time frame only.

  1. There is a $300 refundable deposit required at time of reservation.

The deposit must be made in the form of a check payable to FIP CDD. Upon inspection, if there is no damage, everything is clean, and all policies and procedures have been followed the deposit check will be returned to you or shredded in the Amenity Center office.

2. Rental reservation payment may be made with credit card or by check.  All rental checks should be made be a FIP Resident’s check payable to FIP CDD.

3. Inflatables and bounce houses are not permitted at the Splash Park Grounds.

  1. Please note that there is to be NO use of grills, either propane or charcoal, in any part of the Splash Park grounds
  2. There is NO Smoking or Alcoholic beverages allowed on ANY part of the District property.

All reservations require two weeks’ prior notice.
