Amenity Center Pool Party Reservation Policies

The Amenity Center pool is available for patron events during regular pool hours in (2) two-hour increments,  except for the last hour of pool operation.  Please note that only one party per (2) two-hour block will be permitted and only up to two rental reservations total per day. Also, note that there are to be no pool parties permitted on any holidays, i.e. 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc. or when the pool season is over.

  1. The Amenity Center Pool Party reservation would allow you (20) twenty maximum guests total at your party, to include residents, non-residents, swimmers, and non-swimmers. Failure to adhere to the (20) twenty person total will cause complete forfeiture of all fees.
  2. A $85 non-refundable rental fee for use of the swimming pool for patron events is required at reservation.
  3. A $300 refundable deposit is required for this reservation.  A FIP resident’s check payable to FIP CDD is required at time of reservation. 
  4. This reservation does not prohibit usage of the pool by other Patrons during your scheduled reservation.
  5. The Amenity Center pool reservation includes tables in the party area (Area across from the pool gate at the picnic pavilion). Food and beverages are permitted in this area only. Failure to adhere to the food and beverage policy will cause full forfeiture of all fees and deposits.  Smoking and Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on any District property.
  6. The Patron must accompany the party, check in with the attendant, and remain with the party for the entire reservation. 
  7. All Rental reservations require a two weeks’ notice.

Rental refund requests due to weather must be approved by the Project Manager prior to the rental date. 

Any non-compliance with any of the pool reservation policies or pool rules can cause full forfeiture of fees and deposits.
