Amenity Center Grounds Picnic Pavilion(s) Rental

A $300 refundable deposit is required to reserve this facility.  A FIP Resident’s check must be payable to FIP CDD and submitted at the time of reservation.

Two (2) picnic pavilions are available for rental at $35 each.  Parties consisting of more than (10) ten attendees are required to rent both picnic pavilions.

Picnic Pavilions are available for rental for a (4) four-hour time frame.  The (4) four-hour time frame includes set up and clean up.

Picnic Pavilions are located between the Amenity Center grounds playground and volleyball courts.

Inflatables and bounce houses are permitted at this rental location.  Vendor liability documents are required (10) ten days before the rental date.

NO grills, either propane or charcoal are allowed on the District property.

No Smoking or Alcoholic beverages are permitted on any District property.

All rental reservations require a two weeks’ notice.
