Community Facility Rentals

The Fleming Island Plantation community offers a wide variety of facility rental areas for the residents to enjoy.

Host a pool party, birthday party, family gathering, or other special event at one of the District facilities by completing a facility rental application and paying the full rental fee with a refundable deposit.  The deposit fee must be made by resident’s check payable to FIP CDD.  Rental fees may be made by check or credit card.

Contact the Amenity Center office at (904)278-8613 to see if your event date is available.

The event is not reserved until a completed reservation form, full payment, and deposit are submitted and approved at the Amenity Center office.
