Parking Pass Policy
- Residents are permitted to park overnight at the Amenity Center and Splash Park parking lots by obtaining a free Parking Pass at the Amenity Center office before use.
- Parking Passes must be picked up by a FIP Resident.
- Residents must provide the vehicle’s year, make, model, color, and license plate number at the time of registration.
- Residents are only allowed (1) one parking pass per month per household.
- No commercial vehicles, Semi Trucks, campers, or trailers are allowed under any circumstances per the CDD Board policy.
- A Parking Pass is valid for up to a 7-days.
- Vehicles parked overnight without a parking pass will receive (1) one warning notice. If a vehicle is discovered without a Parking Pass and parked overnight after a warning notice has been issued, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Commercial vehicles, Semi Trucks, or Trailers will receive an immediate warning notice and will be towed after 24 hours at the owner’s expense.
