Notice of Meeting Dates
Fleming Island Plantation Community Development District
The Board of Supervisors of the Fleming Island Plantation Community Development
District will hold its meetings for Fiscal Year 2024 at the Splash Park, 1510 Calming Water
Drive, Fleming Island, Florida on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. unless
otherwise noted as follows:

November 28, 2023
December 19, 2023 (Third Tuesday due to Holidays)
January 23, 2024
February 27, 2024
March 19, 2024 (Workshop)
March 26, 2024
April 23, 2024
May 28, 2024
June 25, 2024
July 23, 2024
August 27, 2024
September 24, 2024

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. These
meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the
meetings without further publication of notice.
Any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or
physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 603-0033 at least 48 hours
prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay
Service at 711 for aid in contacting the District Office.
Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any
matter considered at these meetings is advised that person will need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon
which such appeal is to be based.
